FAR in Lincoln Square

This visualization shows the each of FAR types and the relationship between ResidFAR, CommFAR, and FacilFAR through gif images within color changing. This data presents practically for Lincoln Square, New York City from 1890 to 2014 in every 5 years. Through the visualization, BuiltFAR gradually grows from 1990 to 2014. According to an article 'If You're Thinking of Living in Lincoln Square' published by New York Time in 1990, It says Lincoln Square has been growing for the living hub. 'http://www.nytimes.com/1990/08/12/realestate/if-you-re-thinking-of-living-in-lincoln-square.html?pagewanted=all'. Many of new buildings has been built and increased in FAR. A further look at ResidFAR and FacilFAR are more than CommFAR in Lincoln Square. It explains there is more residential and facility in this neighborhood. Additionally, the visualization shows all the ResidFAR, CommFAR and FacilFAR are less than 10.
